Account Manager |
Account Managers offer the first-line of contact for many of our clients. You will use your winning personlity to initiate contact with businesses and, after careful research and consideration, show them the personal value that HR Wise can bring to their company.
You will also work with existing clients resolving issues they may face, evaluating accounts to search for greater discounts and making recommendations as required. You may also take part in employee training sessions on occasion as required

| Risk Manager |
As Risk Manager you will work closely with most of our clients on safety and training issues. Visiting worksites and speaking with clients to make recommendations will be a normal part of your workweek. You will handle safety and accident investigations, deal with insurance carriers and medical staff, and take steps to limit the liability of our clients and of HR Wise, LLC when it comes to matters of risk. |
- Professional, courteous attitude
- 2 years of experience working in a Risk Management capacity
- Experience with Insurance filings and paperwork preferred
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Professional attitude and mannerisms
- Ability to self-organize and work independently

Payroll Specialist |
We are looking for a bright, individuals with experience working in the payroll, human resources or PEO industry to serve as a point of contact for our clients. You will generate payrolls for the clients that are assigned to you on a regular, timely basis, respond to questions in a polite and efficent manner, and assist clients with the forms and information they need to effectively manage the services they receive from HR Wise, LLC. |
- Professional, courteous attitude
- 1 year of experience in a payroll, human resources or PEO environment
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent speaking voice, clear and confident
- Ability to self-organize and work independently
